The Academy of Speakers was established with the intention of creating the next generation of leaders. Having trained thousands of corporate executives in areas of increasing confidence, enhancing resilience and captivating audiences, the founders of Academy of Speakers found that many had not learnt these skills through their education.
Many students did not have these skills and learning these skills at an early age would have benefited them not just academically but also socially. The Academy of Speakers teaches public speaking but more importantly, helps students build resilience, gain confidence and enhance influencing skills.
This is more than just public speaking. This is about decision making, positive relationships, growth mindset, gratitude, appreciation, stress minimisation, self-esteem, inner-self-talk and self-confidence.
After trialling and testing different methodologies, workshops and ideas to over 300 students to find the one that really works, we are using the 4C’s Formula that is our proven methodology to build resilience, self-esteem and confidence in anyone.
We teach a simple and succinct framework to help you structure their thoughts.
